Lowongan Kerja IKEA Alam Sutera - IKEA merupakan perusahaan multinasional yang mendesain serta menjual furnitur siap- rakit semacam tempat tidur, meja, lemari, perlengkapan serta aksesori rumah. IKEA merupakan peritel furnitur terbesar di dunia. IKEA didirikan pada 1943 oleh Ingvar Kamprad yang pada dikala itu baru berumur 17 tahun di Swedia. Bersamaan berjalannya waktu IKEA terus tumbuh serta berkembang sampai tepatnya pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2014, IKEA membuka toko pertama kalinya di Indonesia tepatnya di Alam Sutera, Tangerang atau biasa dikenal dengan sebutan IKEA Alam Sutera( IKEA Alsut).
Luas IKEA Alam Sutera meliputi 35.000 meter persegi, termasuk sebuah restoran dengan 700 kursi serta lebih dari 1.000 ruang parkir, Kamu akan menemukan semua yang kamu butuhkan di bawah satu atap buat mengubah rumah Kamu menjadi tempat yang paling penting di dunia. Kemudian IKEA terus berkembang dan melebar sayapnya hingga membuka cabang - cabang baru di Indonesia. Diantaranya sebagai berikut :
Pada tanggal 28 November 2019 IKEA membuka toko keduanya di Sentul City, Kabupaten Bogor ( Sentul IKEA).
Pada tanggal 28 Maret 2021 IKEA membuka toko ketiganya di Kota Baru Parahyangan, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat( IKEA Indonesia Bandung). Gerai tersebut merupakan yang pertama di luar Jabodetabek. Pembukaan gerai IKEA Bandung tertunda dari tahun 2020 sebab pandemi COVID- 19.Pada tanggal 16 September 2021 toko IKEA keempat dibuka di Jakarta Garden City, Cakung, Jakarta Timur. Ini merupakan toko pertama yang berlokasi di kota Jakarta( IKEA Jakarta Garden City).
Toko IKEA kelima serta yang terbaru di Indonesia berlokasi di Kuta, Bali dan resmi dibuka pada 18 November 2021, toko tersebut merupakan yang pertama di luar pulau Jawa( IKEA di Bali).
Pada tahun 2022, IKEA berencana membuka toko dengan konsep baru di Mall Taman Anggrek di Jakarta Barat( IKEA Taman Anggrek). Direncanakan untuk menjangkau lebih dari 10. 000 meter persegi dan menempati 2 lantai mal tersebut. IKEA pula sudah menjalin kerja sama dengan industri lokal di Solo, Jawa Tengah dengan mengambil bahan baku serta pengrajin di Solo dan Yogyakarta. Produk- produk lokal tersebut akan dipasarkan IKEA ke pasar internasional.

Bagian dan Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan
1. Web Editor (Service Office/Marketing)
IKEA Indonesia Alam Sutera, Tangerang - Full Time
Tugas:
- Maintain IKEA website and mobile applications by deploying ongoing content changes requested by business stakeholders.
- Develop new user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript but not limited to it.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of some UI/UX designs.
- Optimize core web vitals, engagements, and conversion metrics that represents online customer experience.
- Troubleshoot web related issues.
Profil:
- Have strong interest in developing website and digital devices, preferably have experience in website management.
- Proficient understanding of web markup including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Basic knowledge of web and app analytics (such as Google Analytics, Google search console, and firebase analytics) and UI/UX.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and SEO applications on website.
- Have good strategic, analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills.
2. Web Merchandiser (Service Office/E-commerce)
IKEA Indonesia Alam Sutera, Tangerang - Full Time
Tugas:
- Merchandise all IKEA online platforms and take care of strategic products in the most commercial way so that they’re strongly promoted across the channels.
- Optimize range presentation and the sorting & filtering of products so the customers can find the right products and solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide regular reports, insights and analyses of sales performance.
- Secure product availability and responsible for weekly forecasting and sales steering in a regular basis.
- Analyze feedback and learn customer's browsing journey and online shopping experience through analytical tools (Google Analytics and Hotjar).
- Identify and understand the market trends, life at home, different shopping behavior, and keep up to date with key competitors.
Profil:
- Have good knowledge about retail industry, e-Commerce, and or home furnishing. Preferably in multi-channel environment and online merchandising method.
- Have good knowledge about digital analytic and personalization tools (Google Analytic, Dynamic Yield). Able to analyze and follow-up the customer’s shopping behavior in online platforms.
- Are commercially driven. Sensitive to market changes and constantly seeks for better ways to sell out via available digital touch points.
- Able to organize and prioritize, influence/steer others, and good at decision making.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
3. Employer Branding Specialist (Service Office/Human Resources)
IKEA Indonesia Alam Sutera, Tangerang - Full Time
Tugas:- Develop and implement strategic employer branding plans, internally and externally, to attract greater number of applicants.
- Boost awareness and build positive image about working in organization, both in internal and external channels.
- Initiate to renew/improve current internal branding activities, including regularly conduct market research about working in IKEA Indonesia in order to gain better understanding for recruitment and retention strategy.
- Build new relationship and maintain good networking with third parties to elevate the branding activities (campus/university, vendor management, community, etc).
- Collaborate and work closely with HR team and cross function to support the implementation of branding activities.
- Be the agent of employer branding and ensure all branding activities align with IKEA culture and values.
Profil:
- Must have prior 2-3 years experiences in Marketing area, especially branding and/or people culture/engagement.

4. IT Project Manager (Service Office/IT)
IKEA Indonesia Alam Sutera, Tangerang - Full Time
Tugas:- Running the project based on project standard practice.
- Ensure that the processes, principles, and guidelines are documented. Build and own the project activities, provide linkages and interdependencies between activities, the resources required to deliver, and the time allocated per activity. Manage in a way where progress is effectively tracked and missed deliverables and milestone are communicated and escalated.
- Effectively capture and document risks and issues, escalate them for mitigation/resolution and to implement the mitigating next steps to manage the risks and issues.
- Work effectively with project team members in progressing the project administrative deliverables.
- Able to interact with external vendors so that we secure goods/services at agreed costs and timelines for the project.
Profil:
- Good project management skills.
- Having good Business Knowledge and Analysis, preferable experience on FMCG or Retail.
- Experienced working in an international environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication and English skills.
- Have Experience and good knowledge on managing IT project implementation, will be more advantage if have knowledge on specific ERP system like Dynamic NAV/SAP.
5. E-commerce Application Specialist (Service Office/IT)
IKEA Indonesia Alam Sutera, Tangerang - Full TimeTugas:
- Provide technical support and insight to user according to the service level agreement and liaise effectively with vendor to solve the issue when required for Ecommerce website and related application for DFI IKEA. Working in shift, ad-hoc request and non-business hours (e.g. weekend, night and public holiday) is required.
- Monitor the application performance based on the statistics or report to make the recommendations and implementation for improvement of application’s performance.
- Work closely with DFI IKEA IT, vendor and IKEA IT of various professions for smooth implementation & maintenance.
- Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in applications and related processes.

Profil:

6. Data/Insight Product Owner (Service Office/Expansion & Development)

Tugas:
- Act as an ambassador for the potential of new developments in the designated areas.
- Work with delivery partners such as IT in Indonesia, Regional IKEA Digital Teams, Regional IKEA IT Teams, etc.
- Business partner for all customer facing data tools, CRM, membership and similar tools.
- Manage projects and project managers which relate to project scope.
- Collaborates with business functions to secure vision and prioritization.

Tugas:- Support the team to improve their ability to create inspiring and relevant communication based on home furnishing and range knowledge across all channels. And also support the Visual Merchandising and Interior Design team in creating home furnishing direction to support CC, on line merchandising and store operations.
- Promote the usage of global tools and solutions and when needed make the global solutions locally relevant. This will guarantee high quality, simplicity and efficiency.
- Contribute with up-to-date knowledge about IKEA visual identity and tone of voice, home furnishing, and retailing and integrate in all the process.
- Actively contribute to the country business plan and Communication & Interior Design (Com&In) action plan. Contribute with deep Home Furnishing (HF) knowledge and retail trends, working together with the Com&In team, Marketing, E-Commerce and other functions.
- Have knowledge and experience of basic copy writing and content development/copy ideas.
Profil:
- Capability to lead and manage different number of functions, have broad knowledge of best practices for creating, publishing and editing content from a customer point of view as well as of how to structure and present information in all touchpoints.
- Demonstrate clear communication skills, i.e. the ability to explain verbally concepts and visual interpretation. Also, communicate confidently and clearly in English.
- Proven ability of defining, planning, creating, executing and following up on range presentation documentation in a relevant, simple and inspiring way with IKEA tone of voice and visual identity as well as of trends that influence home furnishing, retail design and communication to gain insight to a more appealing product presentation for customers as well as of graphic design.
- Capability to translate abstract concepts into graphic representations as well as ability to create innovative retail and home furnishing designs based on concept and marketing objective.
- Proven experience of independent work with proven successes of the solution implemented.
